In a recent Reliance AGM meeting, Mr. Mukesh Ambani, director of Reliance Industries Ltd hinted for full roll out of 4G services in December.

Bharat broadband – a government company has been given a strict deadline and fresh funding to complete national optical fiber network in a few years.

Videocon is testing 4G singles in Punjab and other circles for a final roll out.

These are trending news on 4G roll out in India telecom space.
Currently all eyes are on Reliance Jio – a subsidiary of Mukesh Ambani owned Reliance Industries Ltd. We have strong believe, the launch of Reliance 4G will shake up data business in India. There is confirming news, the 4G data will be many fold cheaper than current 3G and 2G data rates.
1 GB 4G data @ 10 rupees
We have ample evidence to believe cheaper 4G data rate rumor. Also, this is back by some of recent activity of Reliance Jio.
Reliance Jio has joined hand for many Indian and International IT firms to launch cloud services in India. Also, it is planning to launch a hollow device wherein everything will be executed in cloud. I mean, it won’t have an installed operating system. Switch on the gadget, connect to your cloud account and operate as like any other windows or Android operated device. If your requirement goes up, just pay few hundred extra to increase RAM or processor speed. This is not a new technology because I am already using Digital Ocean hosting which offers increase in resources by paying few dollars extra.
Also, Reliance is building an impeccable network to deliver the best of entertainment in all Indian languages. You will forget Temple run 2 or Asphalt 8 because there will so much to navigate and consume.
According to the latest rumor, Samsung or some Chinese company has been working to develop this concept device. Users should know, last year Google had launched similar concept laptop under Acer branding.
India had witnessed mobile revolution in leadership of Mukesh Ambani. Now, India is ready for data revolution in the leadership of Mukesh Ambani. You need guts to install a nationwide mammoth infrastructure in India. Mukesh Ambani did then, Mr. Ambani is doing now.
We cannot imagine the impact of data revolution and its repercussion in long term. Indeed! It will change the entire dynamics of communication. I am sure my children will laugh while I will say – I used to make voice calls. (Now it is Joke: My first Compaq laptop had a 512 MB RAM – Price 42000 Rupees).
I have shared enough thoughts on the upcoming 4G revolution in India. To access 4G network, you need a device, which is compatible to FD/TD-LTE networks in India. Without a 4G enabled device, you will not become a party in this success saga.
This article is dedicated to suggest the top 15 smartphones with Indian 4G LTE support under 15000 rupees. These are the best phones one can have to connect with Indian 4G networks.
We have set four basic parameters to filter out these 4G enabled smartphones
P1) Indian 4G band support
P2) Minimum 2500 mAh battery
Although it is very less because 4G network is data driven, which means huge pressure on processor for frequent data download. Have you ever tested a smart phone battery backup during internet browsing? Most smartphones loose huge amount of battery juice during internet browsing.
Take a deep breath and think, while 3G network with average 3 MBPS speed creates such horror, imaging 40 to 60 MBPS (Reliance Jio 4G demonstrated 49 MBPS consistent speed in IIT campus) will eat up your battery in just a few hours.
Actually, we wanted to set a battery limit of 3000 mAh, but availability of few choices forced us to stick to 2500 mAh battery.
P3) Minimum 1 GB RAM
P4) MRP should be less than 15000 rupees.
Asus Zenfone 2 @ 15000 Rupees
One of the biggest IT vendors in the world – the Asus has earned big name and fame in Indian market with a classical series of ZENFONE smartphones. In India, it had followed the footsteps of Motorola and joined hand with Flipkart for hassle-free e-sales.
This year, Asus has launched one upgraded model – the Zenfone 2 with seven variants at every price point. The cheapest variant is available at 13000 rupees whereas the costliest one has an MRP of 24000 rupees. Since we have a budget limitation, we have selected the Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML (@ 15000 rupees) and Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML (@ 13000 Rupees).
Both smartphones are similar in design and features. However, its specifications are according to budget. The interesting fact which brings both models to this list is a support to Indian 4G LTE.
As this duo already crossed our selection mark, which is minimum 2500 mAh battery, I do not think any confusion is left to make a decision about these two unique Asus smartphones.

Samsung Galaxy J7 @ 15000 Rupees
We all know iconic Nokia went out of business because of Samsung. Now, history is repeating itself as the new set of innovative smartphone brand like OnePlus One, Xiaomi, Micromax, XOLO, and Huawei making Samsung life hell. Samsung – the leader of smartphone business is almost lost out from low and medium budget segment.
In my opinion, the Galaxy J7 is going to be one last nail in its coffin. While specifications look good on paper, buyer’s perception, which matters most for a brand is almost lost here. While a year back everyone used to search a good Samsung smartphone, today even hardcore Samsung fans looking better phone from Huawei and Xiaomi.
The Galaxy J7 wears the same 5 years old familiar design with decent on paper specifications. We have not reviewed this smartphone, so cannot say much on its generic performance. It comes with a dual quad core processor, 1.5 GB RAM, 5.5 inches Super AMOLED screen, 13 MP camera and 3000 mAh battery.
Poor RAM, outdated design and lost believe in Samsung goes against this phone. However, a Samsung phablet with Indian 4G and 3000 mAh battery is indeed a dream come true. We are already working on a complete review of the Galaxy J7. Please follow us for regular update on this phone.

LG G3 Beat @ 13500 Rupees
LG is a preferred choice in consumer electronics segment. However, the brand has not been able to achieve big in the smartphone segment. I like LG because it has been quite honest with approach and failure.
The LG G3 beat is a low cost variant of flagship LG G3 with the same flavor and features. This is a single SIM smartphone and runs on Android Kitkat 4.4.2. CPU is boosted with a Snapdragon 400 processor with four cores wherein each core can execute tasks at a speed of 1.2 GHz. Its 5 inches screen offers HD resolution at 294 PPI in an IPS LCD panel. The primary camera is 8 MP with auto focus and does good shooting in full day light. With a BSI Sensor and FHD recording at 30 frames per second, the LG G3 Beat is a hot camera phone. 1.3 MP front facing performs below average.
2540 mAh battery is solid performer and offers good backup during 4G/3G/2G network usages. Although we cannot say that the LG G3 beat is a perfect smartphone, but the support of Indian 4G band makes it a hot consideration.

Samsung Galaxy J5 @ 12000 Rupees
We won’t be able to comment much on the performance of the Galaxy J5. The review of Galaxy J5 is under process and we will make them live very soon. However, one is thing is sure that I am not impressed with look and hardware specifications.
According to buzz in the tech world, the J5 runs on the latest operating system, has a powerful configuration, camera is excellent and battery backup is mighty. Old age design and more than 9000 rupees price should be pinned up in the cons of this smartphone. InFocus M530 @ 11000 Rupees
Most of the new smartphone brands step up with outdated understand of a smartphone gadget. However, few new brand start-ups seem better informed. One of them is inFocus – an American smartphone brand.
The brand Infocus has successfully achieved a footprint among Indian buyers. The M530 is a medium budget smartphone supports Indian 4G connectivity band.

Yu Yureka @ 10625 Rupees
Most of us are confused about Yu Yureka ownership. This smartphone comes under Micromax umbrella, but it is not a Micromax phone.
At the grand launch, it has been a most discussed, followed and reviewed smartphone this year. With Indian 4G support, the Yu Yureka is exclusively available at Amazon India. It has solid processing power because of Snapdragon processor and 2GB RAM. 16 GB internal memory, 32 GB SD card slot and USB OTG support making everyone speechless.
With 267 PPI, the HD 5.5 inches screen is protected by Corning gorilla glass 3, which does get full mark for performance. CMOS sensor clears bottleneck from Camera performance that translates into good image shooting by the 13 MP primary camera. Its 5 MP front facing camera is impressive.
2500 mAh battery seems sufficient, but 3000 mAh battery is more acceptable for a 4G Smartphone.

Lenovo K3 Note @ 10000 Rupees
My friend wanted to buy a smartphone in 10000 rupees budget. He was having difficulty in making a decision between the recent launches of Lenovo and Huawei’s Honor 4X. On my suggestion, he bought the Honor 4X and in response I got a big “Thank you”.
I brought this incident to your notice because he had repeatedly asked – what about the K3 Note?
The K3 Note is a good attempt from the Lenovo to address every section of buyers, especially those looking for a quality smartphone below 9000 rupees. However, K3 Note does not seem to be a complete smartphone on comparison to the Honor 4X. The Huawei smartphone has all features including a sensor support for camera in order to achieve better photography.
Although we believe the K3 Note a Paisa Vasool smartphone, but at a price of 10000 rupees, the Honor 4X is 100 times better choice. Lenovo should give one big price cut of 1500 rupees to make this phone a hot cake in the market.

Huawei Honor 4X @ 9999 Rupees
Wow! I am really impressed with this phone. In my personal Flipkart account, total four purchases are listed back-to-back. I made these purchased behalf of my friends. So far, I have placed 12 orders in different account at Flipkart.
Actually, all my friends and relative call me up for a suggestion to buy a smartphone or an electronic gadget. Once decision is made, they will ask me to register an order at a shopping website.
As of today, The Honor 4X is the best phone one can buy in 10000 rupees budget. Maybe after a week, we witness a launch of highly qualified smartphone in much lower price, but in this moment the Honor 4X is a Hero of 10000 rupees segment.
This phone will give you enough reasons to believe, why the Huawei is number two smartphone brand in this universe.

Lenovo A7000 @ 9000 Rupees
This review article is collection of 4G enabled smartphone with minimum 2500 mAh battery and 1GB RAM under 15000 rupees budget. We are not saying all these 15 smartphones are most qualified phones in the market.
The A7000 is an achievement for Lenovo. Interestingly, the Lenovo is the fastest growing smartphone brand in all budget categories.
It is a dual SIM smartphone runs on the latest Android Lollipop 5.0.2. In CPU section, you will find a quad-core MediaTek processor supported by 2GB RAM. 8 GB internal memory, 32 GB SD card support and USB OTG enhancement makes it a worthy choice.
I like good pixel density of 267 PPI in a HD 5.5 inches screen. A human eye cannot identify difference after 294 PPI, therefore high PPI display is just waste of battery power. In my opinion, home TV should have high PPI not a smartphone. Save battery as much as you can.
This 4G smartphone packs a 2900 mAh battery for almost two days of usages. This is a lightweight and slim smartphone with cool design. Everything is perfect in this smartphone.

XOLO LT2000 4G @ 8900 Rupees
This is a 4G variant of last year launch – the XOLO LT2000. In terms of hardware and performance, it cannot compete with giants reviewed earlier in this list. However, this smartphone made it to our list because of 4G LTE network support.
Before I proceed with specifications, please note this is not a worthy choice at the current price. However, still it is much better than other 4G enabled smartphones, which are not featured in this list.
It is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor, which is runs in limited of one GB RAM. Internal memory is eight GB and inbuilt SD card slot can support up to 32 GB memory. 5.5 inches phablet display seems perfect for day to day usages and to conserve memory. I like XOLO because it does excellent with camera. In this phone, a BSI sensor makes the 8 MP rear camera a robust performer.
This 7.9 mm thin smartphone has a 2920 mAh battery to sustain longer on the Indian 4G LTE network. If we minus the one GB RAM and outdated design, it is a good, but costly smartphone. In our opinion, the right price for this smartphone is between 7500 to 8000 rupees. So, if you want this, wait for a price cut or a 10% cash back offer.

InFocus M350 @ 8000 Rupees
This is the second smartphone from the InFocus account. The M350 is a low budget gadget, but quite superior in terms of hardware, performance and camera specifications.
The main high lights of this phone is
- Indian 4G Support
- Android Kitkat 4.4.2
- Quad Core MediaTek Processor
- 5 inches HD display with 294 PPI
- 16 GB internal memory
- 2 GB RAM
- OTG Support
- 8 MP primary and 8 MP front facing camera
- 2500 mAh non-removable Lithium Polymer battery
I really like this cool gadget. At a price of 7999 rupees, it is selling at Snapdeal like a Domino’s Pizza. Read actual users opinion – all ends at positive note. I am going to follow the Infocus brand extensively. If I am not wrong, after Moto series smartphones – an American brand is making a gadget, which is available in standard Indian budget.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G @ 7999 Rupees
This Xiaomi Gadget packs standalone and unique sets of hardware as like other Xiaomi Smartphones. However, its bulky size is uncalled.
It runs on Android Kitkat 4.4.2 with a top maneuvered by Xiaomi’s user interface MIUI5. This is a single SIM smart gadget; therefore, one SIM is optimized for 4G, 3G, 2G, and 1G. Quad core Snapdragon 400 processor does not require any introduction. 2 GB RAM gets our special attention.
You should ignore 8 GB internal memory because I want to get your attention at USB OTG and SD card slot, which supports upto 64 GB.
5.5 inches screen has an HD resolution and 267 PPI. This IPS LCD display is cool performer in terms of color and sunlight legibility.
A dedicated camera sensor could have a cherry on cake. Nevertheless, 13 MP rear camera is set to auto focus with some cool features. There is an offer of ISO control during primary photography. 5 MP front facing camera is fixed focus with wide shooting range.
All features are worthy until 3100 mAh battery gives sufficient power to run. I am impressed with battery performance.
With all needed sensors including Gyroscope, this Xiaomi 4G phablet is indeed bulky and quite thick. Its gross weight is 185 gram whereas the thickness is 9.4 mm.
Coolpad Dazen 1 @ 6000 Rupees.
This is a cheapest 4G smartphone in our list. After the success of Yu Yureka, a unique trend started wherein all brands start pursuing a concept of budget smartphone with Indian 4G support. Since we are not sure for a full review of this smartphone, so we are going to give you a basic insight here.
It is a dual SIM gadget runs on Android Kitkat 4.4.2 and powered by a quad core Snapdragon 410 processor. Adreno 306 graphic processor alongside 2 GB makes processing work smooth. 8 GB internal memory and 32 GB microSD card do not gain any attraction. The Coolpad Dazen One sports a 5 inches screen with an HD display wherein pixel density rounded up at 294 PPI.
I am not impressed with camera performance because the limitation of features and uniqueness. If I read the official specifications sheet, the primary camera is 8 MP and front facing camera is 5 MP. In terms of enhancement, there is an LED flash and digital ZOOM.
Besides Indian 4G LTE support, all the regular connectivity features are present for data syncing and internet access. This is a device with regular features and specifications. However, we cannot take away a fact that at a price of 6000 rupees, you are getting Indian 4G support and 2500 mAh battery.
