i-smart IS-402 Gravity X2 Review and Specifications

Camera: It being a low budget device thus it won’t be fair to complain too much about camera specification. In fact, this device packs 3.2 MP primary and 1.3 MP Selfie camera. There is digital zoom and LED flash, too. Expect a decent camera performance in day light whereas totally black out in low light. No offense, but the camera is just worst than a basic Nokia phone.

Hi-Tech S405 Amaze Review and Specifications

Battery: Some of my friend is using this smartphone. According to their report, the inbuilt 1500 mAh battery stands vindicated for good usages.

Camera: Wow, I am really surprised with the camera optimization of this device. Yes! Believe me, it works well. Actually, we have to be logical while we review a budget smartphone camera. We cannot compare it with Sony Xperia C3 or Micromax Nitro. Considering the options available in the market, this smartphone is better perfection than others. With digital Zoom and LED flash, the end user is benefited with the 5MP rear and a 2MP front facing camera.

Pros:-

  1. Camera is good
  2. Multimedia OK
  3. Battery is good
  4. And Built is also good.

Verdict: I am not for this phone. Poor performance means it is better to stay away from this phone. The MyPhone 42 renders absolutely poor performance. Rage RapidX Smartphone

New Indian brand Rage brings a new budget smartphone with LCD display that is round up in 4 inches screen size and features 233 PPI pixel density per inches.

In our test, we observe the RapidX does have better good display considering the limited selling price of 2800 rupees. Coming to body shape size, the RapidX is a cooling smartphone measuring in size of 9.8 mm thickness and 114 gram weight.

Battery Life of this Rage Smartphone is quite impressive

1600 mAh lithium polymer battery is like a jewel in its crown. Battery backup justified the price as it gives more than two days of battery backup on regular usages. According to official facts, one 100% recharge results in 9 hours of 2G talk time and 6 days of standby on the active 2G network.

Digital Zoom, LED flash, Cool Effects, White Balance with Auto Focus boots over all camera performance, which is a combination of 3.2 MP rear and 0.3 MP front facing camera.

Pros:-

  • Very good Battery Backup
  • Good Battery backup

Verdict:There are some plus and minus in the total build of RapidX. Though I like this smartphone for a long lasting battery backup and good camera. However, its poor CPU performance is unacceptable. BQ S38 Review

Connectivity: The S38 is a dual SIM smartphone, which supports 2G and 3G network connectivity. Besides, users get benefit of Wi-Fi, USB host, Bluetooth 2.0 and GPS. We found only the listing of Accelerometer sensor in this phone.

Battery: 1500 mAh Li-ion battery supports six hours of 2G talk time and unbelievable 18 days of standby. Since we had review unite only for few days so we cannot confirm on the long standby backup. However, I can assure user for good response of battery against moderate usages.

Performance: Finally we got smartphone, which does fair in terms of multimedia performance. Dual core MediaTek processor has a clock speed of 1.2 GHz. 512 MB RAM is a great relief as most of budget smartphone is powered by only 256 MB RAM.

In our rating, the performance of the BQ S38 is fair and almost lags free. You can enjoy some basic gaming as well.

Pros:-

  1. Good Looking Smartphone
  2. Good Performance
  3. Decent Battery Backup
  4. Good Camera

Verdict: Though it is a good smartphone, but lack in brand trust is against the idea of selection. Flip side of the story is the brand is cash rich and has a dedicated free call centre and nationwide smartphone service centre network.

Onida i406 Smartphone

Reviewing an Indian brand smartphone is always a delight. Onida is one of the oldest electronics brands in India. This Onida phone sports a 4 inches LED display and that has a poor pixel density. Though poor pixel density does not go well for multimedia experience yet it is worthy for battery saving.

In terms of shape and size, the i406 is measured in 10.4 mm thickness and only 109 gram weight. This is ultra –light touch smartphone with basic performance.

Multimedia and Memory: The i406 packs a 2 GB on board memory wherein the end user gets fair share of 900 MB after the first boot. There is SD card port, which supports memory expansion upto 32 GB.

Onida i406 Review and Specifications

You can play music and basic video files, but the experience is not going to be pleasant. However, FM station frequency caching is good. It has loudspeaker function that works with call back option and music player.

Connectivity: The Onida i406 has one sensor, which basically work to signal the tilting angle and screen rotation. This is a dual SIM smartphone supports 2G (EDGE) and 3G (HSPA) network connectivity. It has functionality for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB connectivity.

This Onida Budget Phone has a Decent Battery Life

1600 mAh battery gives at least three days of active backup because of low screen resolution. We can complain of poor display, but that is smartly transforming the smartphone with good battery backup rating.

Camera: I am not getting into the quality explanation of the 2 MP rear and 0.3 MP front facing camera pair. Considering the selling price of 2500 rupees of this smartphone, its camera feature seems OK.

Performance: Oh good. I am not able to read the mindset of budget smartphone designer. Single core 1 GHz processor is acceptable, but 256 GB RAM in an Android Kitkat powered smartphone is out of question. Yes! Your thinking is right. The i406 has lagged and hang problem.

Verdict: I would recommend this phone if your requirement is limited to calling or listing FM. This phone has a long battery backup so I give thumbs up for basic user.

Display features capacitive touch screen technology with multi-touch support. This is a nicely crafted smartphone with measurement ranging as 125 mm long, 65 mm wide and 9.2 mm in thickness.

At the multimedia section, the featured functions are FM, loud speaker, and 3.5 mm Audio Jack.

Connectivity: WOW! This is dual SIM Smartphone with Dual 3G. Most important, it supports frequency band from 850 MHz to UMT 2100 Mhz. In some remote locations, BSNL or other companies are still using 850 MHz band frequency.

A smartphone with 900 MHz band support will face signal drop or low connectivity. However, the Kick K5 supports 850, 900, 1800 and 2100 MHz band. In simple term, with this mobile, you will get better connectivity across India.

VOX Mobile Kick K5 Review and Specifications

This Vox Smartphone is Indeed Very Smart

With many sensors onboard, the Kick K5 is much more smarter than all other listed smartphones. It packs a galaxy sensor that is Accelerometer, Light sensor and Proximity sensor.

Battery: I am very happy with 1800 mAh battery in this phone. Despite 233 PPI display, battery backup stays for at least two days against normal usages.
