Lenovo LeEco Micromax Smartphones with Hot Camera

Micromax Canvas 6 Review and Specifications

Lenovo ZUK Z1

The Z1 is the best budget camera phone Lenovo has ever produced. It offers a perfect platform for camera lovers.

In bright situations, its rear 13MP Sony sensor captures fabulous images that turn out to be balanced in terms of sharpness and details. F/2.2 aperture blurs the background in macro shots. Inbuilt Optical Image Stabilization works as it should. Full HD recording at 60 frames per second gives the users an option to record important moments of their lives in slow motion.

8MP front camera shoots excellent images. You can share these images on social media without doing any kind of post processing.

Cyanogen camera app comes loaded with a number of image enhancement features. Interface of the app is simple and easy to understand. Onboard 64GB of storage and the massive 4000-mAh battery will let you shoot pictures all day without any problem.

LeEco Le Eco Metal Smartphone

Chinese smartphone manufacturer LeEco surprised the Indian electronic market in the month of May by launching the Le 1s Eco at a price of 10,899 rupees. After the launch, every tech reviewer in the country was in a race of getting it.

The Le 1s Eco still maintains a great reputation and has also got a decent price cut (now selling at 9,999 rupees). It is considered as one of the best smartphones under the price cap of 10,000 rupees.

4K Video Recording

We have seen a number of smartphones in this price segment with great cameras but none offers 4K recording. LeEco has tried to exploit this scenario with the Le 1s Eco.

Its 13-MP main shooter records great quality UHD videos, though the lack of Optical Image Stabilization will make the footage a bit shaky. Slow motion video recording is also available at lower resolutions.

When it comes to image quality, there is no match of the Le 1s Eco. Its autofocus system is really fast and shutter speed is also impressive. Captured images remain vibrant without any type of color fluctuations. I would like to point out though in low lighting conditions, noise grains start to appear.LeEco Le 1S Eco Metal Smartphone Review and Specifications

Manual controls like ISO, Exposure and White Balance help in taking professional shots.

The selfie camera is no less surprising. It captures images in 5 MP and also records full HD video.

The camera interface, too, is highly intuitive. LeEco has tried to keep everything simple.

Mind Blowing Design

Smartphone gurus regard the LeEco Le 1s Eco as the most beautiful budget smartphone. The manufacturer has used a full metal outer shell on it. Front panel looks quite appealing. Pitch-black look of the screen gives a premium feel to the phone.

Speaker grill is at the bottom, which means songs will not muffle while playing.

A 5.5-inch full HD display enhances user’s experience by generating sharp and crispy graphics. Brightness is not that high but is manageable. Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection is another pro features of the Le 1s Eco.

The phone runs a customized version of Android 5.0, though the company has promised to roll out the Marshmallow update soon.

Fingerprint Sensor and IR Blaster

Fingerprint sensors are becoming common on budget devices with every passing month.

The fingerprint reader of Le 1s Eco is on the back (just below the camera). It is fast as well as accurate.

LeEco deserves great appreciation for featuring an IR Blaster on the top of this phone. Customers can use it for controlling Televisions, Set Top Boxes, DVD Player and Air Conditioners.

Decent Performance

At the heart of this smartphone is a MediaTek Helio X10 Octa Core processor. It offers a clock speed of 1.85 GHz and is capable of running heavy programs. Out 3GB RAM, 1.8 GB remains free on the first boot.

On the front of gaming, this device has failed to impress me. It suffers from frame drops and stutters while playing intensive games.

The Le 1s Eco comes in only a 32GB-storage variant and does not sport microSD card slot. This can be a problem for those who plan to record 4K videos.

4G Connectivity

LeEco does not want to miss any chance of attracting budget customers in India, which is why it has featured two SIM card slots on this device. Both the SIM slots support 4G network.

A 3000-mAh non-removable battery powers the Le 1s Eco. It supports fast charging and the charger that comes along is rated at 2.7 Amp.

  • Great design
  • Solid build
  • High resolution display
  • Great cameras
  • Fingerprint sensor
  • IR Blaster

  • No storage expansion slot
  • Heats up fast

You will become a fan of the Le 1s Eco’s look after taking it out of the box. Unibody metallic design, a high-resolution display, and a powerful camera make it a perfect budget smartphone.

I would recommend this phone to people who love photography but do not engage in heavy gaming.

Flagship Micromax Canvas 6

The desi manufacturer Micromax always tries to pack its devices with features and the Canvas 6 is a clear proof.

Equipped with a 13 MP rear shooter, this smartphone tries to bring premium camera experience to budget customers.

Phase detection autofocus works great and focuses subject within milliseconds. The Canvas 6 shoots natural images. F/2.0 aperture lets the users fit more objects in a single scene.

Although the camera interface appears to be simple, it is loaded with a bunch of image enhancement features like Anti-Shake, Anti-Flicker and Auto Scene Detection. Manual ISO and Exposure control can be quite useful. Using these features, one can capture professional-grade images.Micromax Canvas 6 Review and Specifications

Full HD recording is also possible on the Canvas 6. Instead of OIS, it depends on Electronic Image Stabilization to eliminate shakes and vibrations in video recordings.

Its front facing 8MP shooter sports a 5 piece lens system and captures wide angle images.
