Everyone develops a love for games during their childhood. I do remember my childhood days when old PlayStation games like ‘Tekken 3’ and ‘Cadillac’s vs. Dinosaurs’ were quite famous. In the last decade, PC games were at their peak. Even today, the first choice of people when it comes to games is PCs and Laptops.
Affordable PC Peripherals for Gamers
Computer gaming accessories are generally considered costly, but that is not the case in reality. You can have a gaming setup even if the budget is limited. The arrival of new brands and the rising competition has considerably brought down the prices of many products.
We did a week-long research to find the best gaming peripherals that a person can purchase on a budget. At the end of research, my team finalized two products that any gaming enthusiasts can purchase.
Therefore, this article is dedicated to those gamers who were not able to afford a gaming setup because of the money problem till now.
Logitech G302 Daedalus Prime MOBA Gaming Mouse
Games cannot be played on a computer without a decent pointing device. But the good thing is you will not have to spend a fortune in order to purchase a gaming mouse. The Logitech G302 Daedalus Prime is an affordable gaming mouse that comes with a really attractive price tag of 1999 rupees. It offers a great comfort while playing games and its performance is highly impressive.
The manufacturer has designed this mouse in a really noble way. It perfectly fits into the hand of any size and all the buttons are also easily accessible. The build materials used in the outer shell are of great quality and offer an appealing feel to the eyes. This mouse has borrowed the same design that other premium level gaming mouse offered by Logitech itself feature. The back of the mouse might look a little weird as it houses the lighting system.
The mouse wheel in the middle also gives a decent feedback. One of the best features of this wheel is that it does not move upon clicking.
Delta Zero Sensor Technology
Traditional computer mice suffer from many annoying issues like unwanted acceleration, bad surface compatibility as well as the problem of low-speed inaccuracy. But the Delta Zero Sensor Technology helps this mouse to overcome all these problems. You will be able to accurately point the cursor even at low speeds. Moreover, this technology turns off the hardware acceleration so that users can point the device perfectly. But if you do want some level of acceleration, then Logitech’s software will be helpful in that regard.
Equipped With Programmable Buttons
This mouse is really great when it comes to customizations. It gives users the capability to change functionality of the six buttons that it features. Moreover, the mouse has also got an onboard storage chip that remembers all the settings on itself. This makes the device independent of software side processing. The left and right click buttons are equipped with metal spring tensioning system for faster response while playing heavy games.
4 Customizable DPI Slots
A button at the top of the mouse allows easy changing of sensitivity of the sensor. Users get the option to fill a maximum of 5 slots. Any value between 240 DPI to 4000 DPI can be chosen. Even the response time of the mouse can be set from settings panel of the software. The lowest achievable response time is 1 millisecond, which is not that bad.
To give a professional look, the manufacturer has featured multiple LED on this mouse. Even the ‘G’ series logo gets lights up when you turn on the device. The software gives full control over all the LEDs. You also get the option to change the length of each blink.
- Delta Zero Sensor Technology really helps a lot
- Mouse wheel gives good feedback
- Low-speed accuracy is high
- Cool design
- High response time
- Programmable buttons
- Offers 4 DPI slots
- Onboard storage memory
- Comfortable to use

Features of this mouse are not class leading. However, it is really a great device considering the price point. It offers decent accuracy at both low and high speeds, which is the most important aspect of a gaming mouse.

Corsair Raptor HS30 Gaming Headset
Clear, loud and aggressive sound is what makes the gaming experience immersive for a user. However, I will not suggest you that going for a set of speakers. If you really want to enjoy games at the fullest, then be sure to purchase a headphone.
The Corsair Raptor HS30 Gaming Headset can be purchased in the market for an amount of 7,083 rupees. Its price might not sound that much affordable, but it is the cheapest headphone available in the market. Another thing that I want to tell in the introduction only is this headset will not be a good option for music production.
40 mm Drivers
This device is equipped with huge 40 mm neodymium drivers, which produce really loud and distortion free audio. You will be able to clearly hear even the faintest sounds while playing a game. Its low-frequency range of 20 – 20000 Hz will certainly disappoint music lovers. The headphone does generate sharp treble but fails to produce deep bass.
Noise Cancellation Technology
The inbuilt microphone of this headphone also helps in cancelling the outside noise. This ultimately reduces distraction and makes users experience more immersive. Moreover, the microphone is also capable of recording good quality audio. It has good a sensitivity of -42 dB and can catch any sound that falls in the frequency range of 100 – 10000 Hz.
Corsair has uniquely designed this headset to give good comfort during longer sessions. Its supra-aural ear cups cover the whole ear to reduce pain. Moreover, the padding on the top and on the ear cups prevents any type of discomfort during the use. The headband is highly flexible and can be fitted on the head of any size. The microphone stick is made of a rubbery material because of which it becomes easy to turn the microphone in any direction. Even the ear cups can be rotated to mold the shape of ears.
The headphone also looks great. Glossy black finish of the headband and ear cups gives a premium feel. The plastic materials used in the body are highly durable.
To prevent leaking of audio, the manufacturer has adopted closed back design for the ear cups. Therefore, you can increase the volume to any level, but the other people around will not be able to hear anything. Moreover, this design also helps in isolating the users from surrounding environment.
You will not have to close the game in order to bring the volume down as this headset features in-line volume controls. The inline control unit also sports a microphone toggle, which can be helpful in a lot of situations.
