HP 410 Multifunction Wireless Ink Tank Printer in 10000 rs

We had a chance to review this device hands-on. Here are some of the praiseworthy features we found in this printer.

All in one functionality: The HP 410 is an all-in-one Printer meaning that it supports all three basic office operations, copying, scanning, and printing. This Ink Tank printer also supports both plain (black and white) and colored printing. Additionally, this device has a 24-bit flatbed scanner at the top. This scanner makes it the best all in one printer for home use in India at this price range. We actually liked the scanning quality of this device. Most of the times, multifunction centers (MFC) like this one tends to have compromised scanners. Nonetheless, this is not the case with the HP 410.

→ Standard printing speed

Notably, if you are looking for the best printer for the money, then the HP410 stands to be the best choice for you. This printer might not be exactly cheap, but its proficiency is matchless. To start with, the HP410 can print up to 8 Pages per minute for Black & White printing and up to about 5 pages per minute for colored printing. Although there are faster printers, the HP410 stands out because it economizes ink consumption. The average cost per page when using this device comes to 10 Paisa for Black & White and 18 Paisa for Colored printing. This is the recommended output as per ISO standards.

► HP LaserJet Pro M1136 Multifunction Printer

When it comes to intensive printing schedules a normal Inkjet printer cannot take that entire load and you start looking for a LaserJet solution. The HP LaserJet M1136 is a multifunction printer and can be an affordable solution if you have a price barrier. This heavy duty printer is so compact and easy to use – you could also transport it easily to your home and use it. It is currently available for the price of 10,999 at online retailers.

Design: HP has tried the best to make this printer compact and it seems its hard work has not gone wasted. The printer is just 7 KG in weight and does not occupy much space.

Printing: The laser printing technology enables this printer for printing 18 pages per minute, but the first page takes 8 seconds to come out. As it uses a monochromatic toner instead of ink cartridges so you can expect some money saving also. However, the maximum supported paper size of A4 limits the usability.

HP LaserJet Pro M1136 Multifunction Printer

Scanning: This printer can scan documents at 1200 dpi, but the lack in document feeder and a scanning duplexer over the scanner glass may prove to be little irritating. But users do get smart capability to send the scanned documents via e-mail without needing a computer.

Copying: The HP LaserJet Pro M1136 multifunction printer has the capability to copy up to 18 pages per minute, but again missing technology ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) brings down this number. Both text and graphic copies can have maximum resolution of 600 X 400 dpi.

Paper Handling: The input tray can hold up to 150 sheets whereas the output tray has the capacity of 100 pages only. Paper guides on the input tray help to easily place sheets of size below A4.

Connectivity Options: This printer lags much behind on the connectivity front. You only get a USB port to connect it from your devices. Wireless connectivity has become a must these days and lack of this feature will really affect customer’s interest in this printer.

Other features: The HP Smart Install feature lets a user install this printer without a CD. Features like Auto Shut on/off and instant on make this printer highly energy efficient.

Pros:-

  • Multi-function. Can copy, scan and print.
  • Capability to print 18 pages per minute.
  • High-speed USB port.
  • Highly energy efficient.
  • Scan to email function.

Cons:-

  • No ADF
  • Wireless connectivity options are absent
  • Sheets greater than A4 size are not supported
  • It is a monochromatic printer meaning you can’t print colored pages

Verdict: It is a great printer for those looking for an affordable solution. Small office with not much printing load will have no problem using this printer. However, if your office or home always has a busy schedule with a lot of printing demand then this printer is not for you.

I really do not like the fact that it is devoid of any wireless connectivity option. You can’t even connect this printer to a wireless or network connection so you are limited to use only one computer system with this printer. Read also Heavy Duty Office HP Printers for Indian Offices.

    1. No printer can scan file in word format. However, you can easily convert scanned image/PDF files into Word by using dedicated software. In fact, there are many online websites offering such service.

  1. I am looking a printer for photo studio, besides use for office work. My budget 20000. Suggest me which is best for me.

    1. Hello Sir, Epson and Canon are the two best brands with efficient models in the Indian market for your requirements. For Photo studio, Canon is the brand that has a range of product to print brilliant color photos. Epson, on the hand, is not so popular but its printers with ink tank technology are simply mind blowing.

For you, I would suggest an Epson ink tank printer. You would save money and print quality would be much greater than the one comes out from a cartridge-based printer.

Now the question is which model in Epson. For a photo studio, the Epson L805 is a perfect choice. We have reviewed this printer on this website and suggested it for high quality printing. But the L805 model is a single function printer whereas you want to use the new printer also for office purpose. That means you need an all-in-one printer, which should also print brilliant high quality color photos.

Canon Pixma MG7770 is a master printer and a certain recommendation for Photo studios. It is also an multi function printer.

I am really amazed with the concept of Ink tank technology on Printers. This technology although is an early stage but it is the future in printers. Therefore, I could liberty to suggest you the best selling HP Ink tank printer, GT5820 model. It is an AIO printer but it may not be the best printer for a photo studio.

To sum up, I have three suggestions for your requirement: Epson L805, Canon MG7770, and HP GT5820. I hope this helps you.

Read about the best ink tank printers in the Indian market at Best ink tank Printers in India.

  2. Hi, thank you for such an informative article, I am little confused so need ur suggestion. I am looking for WiFi printer with duplex feature also all in one functions scan copy print .. This is for my office and home purposes might have monthly prints of around 500 to 1000 pages so looking economical refill cost ..

    1. Mam, for your requirement I suggest an ink tank printer. An efficient ink tank printer can reduce printing cost to as low as 5 Paise for laser and 20 Paise for color print. Moreover, the best thing about ink tank printers is – ink does not dry up as quickly as it does on Ink Jet printers.

Epson and HP are two best brands for ink tank printers. Both the brands have some brilliant models on the market. In GS office, we use HP’s ink tank printer GT-5820.

The HP printer has all the features you want in your brand new printer. It is an All-in-one printer, and it has wireless and mobile print support as well. It also has the manual Duplexing feature. At the price of 11000 Rupees, this is a fit printer for your requirement.

A good alternative of this printer is the brand new launch of Epson’s L405 All-In-One Ink tank printer.

  3. Thank you so much for your reply, I have some queries , can u please help on the same .

    1. Difference between ink tank and LaserJet printers??
    2. What is your opinion on canon image class MF 244dw printer??
    3. What would be the refill option for the above printer , I mean every time I have to spend 3-4 k for cartridges??

    1. The laser printer is based on the technology to use laser to draw a virtual image and print that on paper using a dry ink toner that sticks over the printing surface. You need to replace ink tonner once in a week or 15 days depending on use.

The Ink tank printer, whereas, is based on the concept of using ink bottles instead of a toner cartridge. It has different nozzles for filling original inks in liquid form.

In simple terms, Laser printer usages dry tonner for printing whereas ink tank printer usages liquid ink for printing. It is a base fact that ink would appear vivid and deep on paper if used in liquid form. Hence, an ink tank printer can print in much better quality than a laser printer.

Ink tank printer is the next generation technology whereas toner-based printers are yesterday’s technology. Therefore, you should buy an ink tank printer. For your satisfaction, visit the nearest HP showroom and request for a demo of HP GT 5820 ink tank printer. Call to Epson and request for a demo of its ink tank printer. Similarly, visit o nearest canon printer showroom and request for a demo of its ink tank printer.

We have not done a review of the Canon printer so cannot say much about it.

If you want to reduce monthly budget on printing, then keep a safe distance from Canon printers. Canon printers are ideal for printing color photos, poster, cards, etc.

While purchasing a printer, you should care more about operational cost than the MRP of the printer. Tonner based printer’s burns cash. Ink tank printers save money hence are the best solution on the market today.

The ink tank printers I had suggested can printer in black & white, in color, on all sizes of documents including legal papers. First, you should see a demo of an ink tank printer from your preferred brand and then decide.

    1. Hi Aanan, you have not mentioned your budget for a new printer. So I am guessing your budget is anything between 5000 to 10000 Rupees. Here are two of my favorite printers for you.

→ HP DeskJet 4729 AIO Wireless Color Printer @ 8000 Rupees
      Duty Cycle 1000 Pages
      Comes with HP 46 Cartridge

→ HP 310 Ink Tank AIO Printer @ 10000 Rupees
      Advanced Ink Tank Printer

      1. Thanks for your assistance and sorry for incomplete info. My print usage is around 1000 on an average. My budget is up to 40k but I’d prefer it to be under 20k. Most important thing is lower maintenance and operational costs. Then the printers fax function. I require it to print legal documents as well. If it can scan legal documents then it’d be a plus but this feature is optional. Most of my work is in b/w.

        1. Hi Aanan, I think you could find the best printer for your need here: Heavy Duty Printers below 25000 Rupees. The article comprises in-depth reviews of top five advanced printers on sale. Among them, my favorite is HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 printer. It is on sale for 30000 Rupees. This printer is one of the most advanced printers in India market.

To reduce the monthly print budget, the best solution is to use an ink tank printer.

For Ink tank printer, the best brand is Epson and HP. Epson L605 would serve your need well. It is a fast printer. It is an AIO printer with Auto Duplexing. Moreover, it connects through Wi-Fi. Yes, it can print Legal papers.

If I am not wrong, legal paper size is 8 × 14 Inch. There is no printer, which can scan legal documents as far as I know. To scan legal paper, you should buy a dedicated scanner. A legal document scanner would cost you less than 5000 Rupees. Canon, HP, and Epson are three best brands in this segment. Check this article – here you would get the best legal document scanner.
